Cityyframe ("we", "us") runs the Cityyframe app and cityyframe.com, a property platform for buying, renting and listing property in India. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Account: your name, mobile number and (if you add it) email address. We use your mobile number to send a one-time password (OTP) for login.
- Location: only when you tap "Use my current location" or use GPS while posting a property. We use it to show properties near you and to set the location of a property you post. You can always pick a place by name instead. We do not track your location in the background.
- Properties, projects and services you post: details, address, photos and prices you enter. These are shown publicly to other users.
- Photos: only the photos you choose to upload for a listing.
- Enquiries and visits: messages you send to sellers, site visits you book and ratings you give.
- Payments: when you buy a listing plan or pay for a site visit, the payment is handled by Razorpay or your UPI app. We keep the payment record (amount, date, reference number), not your card or bank details.
- Device: a notification token so we can send you alerts, and basic technical data (app version, device type) needed to run the service.
- Website: cityyframe.com uses cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how the site is used. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
2. How we use it
To run your account, show relevant properties, connect buyers with sellers, process payments, send alerts you asked for, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal obligations.
3. Who can see it
- Other users: your listings are public. When you send an enquiry, book a visit or tap WhatsApp, the seller sees your name and phone number.
- Service providers who help us run Cityyframe: hosting (Hostinger), payments (Razorpay), push notifications (Google Firebase) and SMS for OTP. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. How long we keep it
While your account is active. When you delete your account we remove it from the app and hide your listings; some records (such as payment records) are kept as long as the law requires.

You can update your profile, turn off notifications in your phone settings, deny location permission, and ask us for a copy or correction of your data.
7. Children
Cityyframe is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
9. Changes
We will post any change on this page with a new date.
